Earlier today we had a medical appointment in nearby Dandenong. This was so Dawn could have an ultrasound scan. If you haven’t already guessed…Dawn is pregnant!! The baby (and yes, there is only 1 in there!) is due 11th August, and we hope that Dawn will be giving birth close to where we live - we have a booking appointment with a hospital next week. My parents were planning on visiting Australia in 2008, and it’s looking likely that they may make their trip to coincide with the new baby. We don’t yet have any printouts from the scan today, though hopefully we’ll be able to get a copy when we see the doctor next week for the results - but things did look ok.

Congratulations on this news. Enjoy the next 6 months, go out to dinner and smell the roses after that it’s nappeis, bottles and sleepless nights, but how memorable they will become.
